IMPORTANT: Players who change rooms between games must be very careful.  Players who have pressed the PLAY button and move to another room before the game begins will not be registered for the game. For instance, if you play 100 cards on auto in the Family Hall, and you move to the Main Hall before the game starts, your cards would not be registered in the Family Hall but in the Main Hall. You must wait until the beginning of the game before you move to another room.  Also, to avoid problems, be sure to set a limit on the price of the cards using Cashmill Bingo "Options". Select: "Do not play if card price goes over $ .... " and enter a card price that is acceptable to you.

I was disconnected during a game I was playing. 
If you get disconnected from the Internet in the middle of a game, the Cashmill Bingo software program automatically re-establishes the Internet connection, logs back into the bingo game, and directs you to the game that was interrupted, so that you can continue playing the very same cards you were playing before the disconnect.

If you are unable to connect by the end of the game, the next time you log in to the game the program will send you a note that appears in the “Notes” area of the game window informing you of the outcome of the game you couldn't finish. Since the game server continues to play your cards for you while you are disconnected, it will award you the prize if you have bingo for a certain card.

If you are disconnected during a bonus slots game, the next time you log in you may continue to play that bonus game without interruption.

How do I find out about any special offers or changes? 
We notify all our players by email and/or by positing in the game. We send newsletters to the e-mail address you have given in your account information at our site. If you want to receive the newsletters make sure you have entered a valid e-mail address. The newsletter is also available on www.cashmillbingo.com. Weekly and daily specials are posted on the home page.

News and special events are also posted in the game. Simply press the News icon on the game screen to view any new postings. Check it regularly for the latest Cashmill Bingo promotions, specials, scheduled events, plus other entertaining and useful information.

How many people will I be playing with? 
That will depend, but each game will show how many players are currently in the game. The next game should have a similar number. It will vary depending on the time of day, day of the week, the specials offered at the time… but it's always fun!!

Can I chat with other players?
Absolutely!! That's part of the fun. Come into the chat room and meet some new friends. There are friendly, helpful Chat Managers available 24/7 to help you get involved – you’ll recognize them by the different color type and the “CM” in front of their names. There are even special games with prizes of free Bonus Bucks reserved just for those in chat!!

So what happens if I have a bingo?
We make that easy for you. Your cards will change color as you get closer to the winning pattern. When one of your cards is three calls away from a win, it will turn blue, two calls away it will turn green, one call away, it will turn red, and when you have bingo, it will be gold, and tell you that you have a bingo!! Congratulations!! Hit the bingo button, claim your prize, and enjoy the excitement with your fellow players.

What if more than one person bingos at the same time? 
From time to time, you will find that another player is as lucky as you are! In cases where two players both bingo on the same number, the prize is split between the two (or more) winning cards. If you needed the same number to win on 2 cards, and the other player needed it on only 1, you would get 2/3 of the prize for that game!!

Can I daub my own cards?
Yes, Go to Options and unclick auto daub to daub your own cards!

Do I have to hit bingo?
Not if you set up auto bingo in Options.  Go to Options at the top of your screen, in between games, and set auto bingo.

Do I have to hit play every game?
No, not if you set up auto register in Options. Go to Options at the top of your screen, in between games, and set auto bingo and auto register.

Can I change my cards?
Of course you can. When you play bingo with CASHMILL BINGO, the program creates cards for you every time you log in. You can change any or all of these cards before the beginning of every game by clicking them. Continue clicking until you find one you like. To get an entire new set of cards, click on options and change the number of cards you’re playing. Be sure you click ok, and then hit play again to make sure the change takes effect.

How much can I win?
Cashmill Bingo jackpots are progressive, and usually begin at $1,000. They increase in size with every game played, until someone gets lucky and wins. We often have jackpot specials and these may start at much more than $1,000 and are set to go quickly for added excitement. Cash prizes are won for every game, so how much you win is unlimited. Go for it!

I just won a jackpot! Now what?
Congratulations! Jackpots can be cashed out using any of the available withdrawal methods. Be sure to leave enough in your account to allow you to play for a few more days while your winnings are expedited to you.

You may also want to consider leaving money in your account for future play. Many players do this, and some go on to play big and win even more.

How is the prize money determined?
Each game's cash prize is based on the number of cards in play during the previous game. A share of that cash total goes toward the prize for the following game and towards the jackpot. So, the more folks playing, the greater the prize. The jackpots are progressive so they keep growing until they are won. Some games have fixed prizes and jackpots.

What are pounds (bonus sacks)?
There’s a sack on your game screen that contains the flour that your Cashmill has ground. You fill your sack with cards that you played that did not win bingo. The weight of the flour appears on the sack. When the bonus sack gets full, you win a bonus!

What are spikes?
Spikes are earned when spinning the 3-reel slots. You will find them on the reels. When you accumulate 222 spikes you will be awarded a slot bonus.

How do I play the slots?

What Chat Games do you play?
We play chat games every 4 hours.  You  must be in chat in the Main Hall to play chat games.  All Chat games & rules are posted on the web site under SCHEDULE. 

What bonuses am I entitled to?

Deposit Bonuses: When you make a deposit, you will receive a bonus! 
100% on your first deposit and 50% on all other deposits over $10.

Referral Bonuses: If you refer a friend, you will receive 50% of that friend's first deposit in Bonus Bucks. And you can refer as many friends as you like.  The minimum deposit your friend must make for you to receive a bonus is $20.

Chat Game Bonuses: If you join in our chat games you'll have lots of opportunities to win even more Bonus Bucks.

What happens to my bonus bucks if I change my name during a chat special?
If you change your name before the bonus bucks are posted  you will lose them as we can not forward them to your new name.

What is a Bonus Buck? 
A Bonus Buck (BB) is essentially free money, and we'll give you a lot of it! You can earn BBs by introducing your friends to our game, by winning various contests or just by being in chat and playing our special games. Bonus Bucks can be used on Cashmill to play bingo, slots or poker. If you have both real cash and Bonus Bucks in your account, the real cash will be used first. You cannot withdraw Bonus Bucks but you sure can buy cards with them and win real money that way. Come in and grab some!!!

What is the Bonus Bank?
When the number of deposit, referral and chat game bonuses exceeds a specific limit (more than 150% of your total deposits), the excess Bonus Bucks are deposited into the Bonus Bank and the amount is displayed below your Credits. In order to use the Bonus Bucks stored in the bank, you must make a deposit to your player account. Please note that if the number of Bonus Bucks in the Bonus Bank is zero, the Bonus Bank will not appear on the playing window.
